​​In today's world, financial literacy is essential, yet many kids lack basic money management skills. SmartCents was created to bridge this gap by equipping young learners with the confidence to make smart financial decisions. Through fun, interactive activities, our camp teaches earning, saving, spending, and investing in an engaging, age-appropriate way. We believe financial education is a vital life skill and are committed to empowering the next generation to take control of their financial future—one smart decision at a time.
Chapter Leader Map
The Chapter Leader Map represents SmartCents’ growing national presence, with active chapters in Seattle, Cupertino, NYC, Raleigh, and Chapel Hill that have collectively educated over 120 students. Each pin reflects a locally led chapter driven by a student leader who brings financial literacy directly into their community.
Chapter leaders play a central role in executing our mission. They organize and lead workshops, manage outreach efforts, and build connections with local schools and organizations to expand access. By empowering student leaders to take ownership at the community level, SmartCents is able to scale efficiently while maintaining a consistent and engaging curriculum.
This model not only increases our reach but also ensures that each chapter can adapt to the specific needs of its community, making our impact both scalable and sustainable.
